Zestan is used if:-Your blood pressure is too high -You are suffering from heart failure. This means that your heart does not pump your blood around the body as well as it used to, leading to disease-related symptoms such as tiredness, breathlessness or swelling of the ankles and feet -You have had a heart attack, in this case Zestan is used as a short-term (6 weeks) treatment within 24 hours -You have kidney problems related to diabetes and high blood pressure.
